Until We Meet Again

Bronze monument200812' H

Back in the endless days of boyhood, there lies a time of innocence and fair play, a time when a fella’s intentions were marked more by the color of his hat than the color of his skin. There’s a line marking the ownership of property that is sometimes wide enough for a man to wander until a settlement with a neighbor can be worked out. When the line involves the ownership of a man’s cattle, the line can get thin enough for the settlement to be decided at the speed of a bullet.
